Warranty, Refund & Support Policy

At Aivonix IT, we are committed to providing reliable tools, fast support, and a fair policy for every customer.

1. Warranty Policy

25 days full warranty on every tool/subscription from the date of delivery.
If the customer breaks any of our terms and conditions, the warranty becomes void and no warranty will apply.
Account sharing is restricted. Shared-tool access must be used only by the buyer, following the login rules we provide. Misuse (sharing login, changing settings, or using it in a way that breaks the rules) will void the warranty.

We provide 24/7 support. If you face any problem, report it to us and:

Most issues are fixed within 5 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours after you report the problem.
If the issue is on the provider’s side or requires a personal/manual procedure, it may take up to 24–48 hours to resolve.

Some products are non-refundable (for example, panel/shared products and certain instant-access tools). This will be clearly noted on the product before purchase.
If a tool stops working and we cannot provide a replacement, we will issue a refund calculated on the unused days (pro-rated — you are charged only for the days you used).
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of approval.
Refunds do not apply if the issue was caused by breaking our terms (e.g., account sharing or misuse).

Shared tools are provided for the buyer’s own use only.
Do not share your login, change the account password/settings, or log in from multiple places against the rules.
Follow the specific usage instructions we give for each shared tool.
Breaking these rules voids both warranty and refund eligibility.

Each tool has its own terms and conditions from its provider. Because these are shared/access-based services, the terms may differ from a personal subscription — please read the product details and terms before purchasing.
