How do I place an order?

Pick the tools you want from the tool list, or build your own bundle from the Custom Package page, then complete the checkout. You can also message us on WhatsApp and we will place the order for you.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In the rare case a tool needs manual setup, it can take up to 24 hours — we will keep you updated.

Which payment methods do you accept?

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, VISA and Mastercard through a secure payment gateway. We never store your full card details.

Are the tools genuine?

Yes. We provide genuine premium access, either as a personal plan or as shared access, depending on the product. The type of access is written clearly on each product page.

Can I use one tool on several devices or share it with a friend?

No. Access is for the buyer only. Sharing your login, changing account settings or signing in against the usage rules will void both your warranty and your refund eligibility.

What warranty do I get?

Every tool and subscription comes with 25 days of full warranty from the date of delivery, as long as you follow the usage rules.

What if a tool stops working?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order details. Most problems are fixed within 5 minutes to 2 hours. If the issue is on the provider’s side, it may take 24–48 hours. If we cannot replace the tool, you get a pro-rated refund for the unused days.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. Some products, such as panel or shared instant-access tools, are non-refundable — this is always noted on the product before you buy. Refunds do not apply if the problem was caused by breaking our terms.

Can I build my own package?

Yes. On the Custom Package page you can select any combination of tools and the discount grows automatically as you add more — from 10% for 2 tools up to 35% for 12 or more.
