Violation Policy

This Violation Policy explains what actions count as a violation of our terms. If a customer commits any of the violations below, their access may be terminated immediately, and they will NOT be eligible for any refund or warranty.

1. Violations That Void Access, Refund & Warranty

If you do any of the following, your service can be stopped without notice and no refund or warranty will apply:

1. Sharing your login/credentials with anyone else, or letting others use your access.
2. Changing the account password, recovery email, phone number, or security settings of a shared tool.
3. Logging in from multiple devices or locations against the usage rules we provide.
4. Reselling, transferring, or redistributing the tool/access to others.
5. Using the tool for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
6. Trying to hack, bypass, tamper with, or misuse our panel, systems, or the tool provider’s systems.
7. Exceeding fair-use limits or using the service in a way that harms the shared account.
8. Filing a false complaint, chargeback, or payment dispute after receiving service.
9. Providing false information during purchase or account setup.
10. Breaking the specific rules provided for any individual tool.

2. Consequences of a Violation

If a violation is confirmed:

• Access will be suspended or terminated immediately.
• No refund will be issued (partial or full).
• Warranty will be void — no replacement or support obligation.
• We reserve the right to block the customer from future purchases.

3. Important Notes

• These tools are shared/access-based services. The rules exist to protect the account for all users — breaking them affects everyone, so violations are treated seriously.
• If a shared account is disturbed due to your violation, you are responsible for any resulting loss.
• We may investigate suspected violations before taking action, but access can be paused during investigation.

4. Honest Customers Are Protected

If you follow the rules, you are fully covered by our Warranty & Refund Policy. This Violation Policy only applies to misuse — genuine problems from our side are always handled under normal support.
